Refund Policy

Any refunds against the bill paid online will be subject to Niketa & Company refund and cancellation Policy.

Refund or reversal against any duplicate bill paid online by consumer will be refunded or adjusted in next billing cycle at the discretion of Niketa & Company.

Niketa & Company holds all the rights for modifying and taking bill related decision

In case of cancellation of transaction refund amount will be processed in 4 working days
